Top Quality Stainless Steel Exhaust Hood with Front Make-Up Air Plenum. The make up air is delivered in a manner that ensures proper capture and containment of cooking vapors while preventing the hood from exhausting your HVAC air. Other MUA designs, such as internal compensating (short circiut), back return, front discharge, and ceiling diffusers are flawed, out-dated designs that increase energy costs as a result of an extra load placed on your HVAC units. Internal Compensating hoods also create turbulance under the hood causing disruption in airflow.
