This brand new Top-Line Add-On Faucet is the one in the picture to the far left.  It has a 12" spout and is used with the pre-rinse assemblies.  It is made of highly polished chrome plated brass.  It has 3/8" NPT Male Inlet and 3/8" NPT Female Outlet.
